Classification and Application of Dust Bag Cage

The quality and application effect of the bag cage of the dust collector directly affect the dust removal efficiency of the bag-type dust collector. The bag cage of dust collector is one of the accessories in the bag dust collector, which is used in the dust collector of chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, steel, cement, thermal power generation and other industries to support the dust filter bag and prevent collapse. The bag cage of dust collector can be divided into galvanized bag cage, plastic spraying bag cage and silicone bag cage according to different use environment requirements to meet different use requirements.

Classification of dust collector bag cage:

1.Plastic spraying bag cage is to clean the oil stain, rust, dust, etc. after acid cleaning and phosphating of the welded dust removal bag cage, and form a uniform and rough gray phosphating film on the outer surface of the bag cage, which can not only prevent rust but also increase the adhesive force of the plastic spraying layer. The bag cage absorbs the plastic powder on the workpiece surface to form a thick powder coating by means of corona discharge, and then the plastic powder is melted and adhered to the bag cage surface by baking at 180 ~ 220 ℃ to form a protective layer to extend the temperature resistance and service life of the bag cage.

2.The Silicone bag cage can be used at about 280 ℃ in the industrial and mining environment, and the instantaneous use temperature can reach 300 ℃. In some specific environments, stainless steel bag cages can be replaced, reducing the manufacturing cost of enterprises. The production process of the silicone bag cage is the same as that of the plastic spraying bag cage, except that the temperature and time of the silicone bag cage are higher than that of the plastic spraying bag cage in the drying process. The powder sprayed on the surface of the dust collector bag cage is silicon powder. The service life of silica fume in natural environment can reach dozens of years. Besides excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance, the dust-removal bag cage treated with silica fume has excellent performance, which can extend the service life of the dust-removal bag cage.

3.Galvanized bag cage is to use electrolytic equipment to put the bag cage into zinc salt solution after oil removal and acid cleaning, connect the negative electrode of electrolytic equipment, place zinc plate on the opposite side of pipe fittings, connect the positive electrode of electrolytic equipment to power supply, and deposit a layer of zinc on the bag cage through directional movement of current from positive electrode to negative electrode. The galvanized bag cage has smooth appearance, no burr, in silvery white or color, with good acid and alkali resistance, and is a commonly used bag cage at present.
