- Characteristics of acrylic bag
Acrylic needle-punched felt is a kind of fine fiber cloth which adopts non-woven needle-punched process and uses strong acrylic fibers arranged in a staggered manner with uniform gaps. Its surface is hot rolled and singed to make its surface smooth and not easy to be blocked by dust. This filter material has large gaps, good air permeability and strong chemical resistance. It can not only filter normal-temperature gases but also filter medium-temperature gases (150 ℃). Meanwhile, it is an ideal filter material for acid and alkali corrosive gas working conditions. Compared with polyester needle-punched felt, acrylic has the most important characteristic of better water hydrolysis resistance than polyester needle-punched felt.
