In the industrial treatment of flue gas, the incineration flue gas usually contains dioxin, heavy metal and other hazardous substances with a certain concentration, and the heavy metal pollutants exist in the form of gas. With the decrease of flue gas temperature, the heavy metal condensed into particles is removed. Heavy metals with lower melting point temperature cannot be fully condensed, but under the catalytic action of fly ash surface, they will form oxide with higher melting point temperature and easy to condense, so as to be absorbed on fly ash particles and compensated. The activated carbon injection system is designed based on the high specific surface area of activated carbon and good adsorption capacity of dioxin. The activated carbon injection system absorbs dioxin and heavy metal in the flue gas by injecting the activated carbon, and then the dioxin and heavy metal in the flue gas can be removed by bag interception.
The activated carbon injection system comprises a storage unit, a conveying unit and an injection unit. The system is designed with a 2m ³ activated carbon silo, and the bottom taper is 45 degrees; The silo is provided with weighing alarm to timely monitor the inventory of activated carbon in the silo. The silo outlet is equipped with a disc feeder with metering device. The disc feeder is equipped with a frequency converter and a control panel, and the conveying capacity of activated carbon can be adjusted according to the tail flue gas volume. Discharging port of disc feeder is connected with Venturi ejector to spray activated carbon powder into inlet flue of bag-type dust collector. The activated carbon starts to adsorb dioxin in the flue. After entering the bag-type dust collector, the activated carbon is adsorbed on the surface of the bag-type dust collector due to the dust removal effect of the bag-type dust collector, so as to ensure proper contact time and further purify the flue gas.
