    The whole process of cement production includes five links: raw material crushing, raw material grinding, clinker calcination, cement grinding and finished product packaging. Each link will produce a lot of dust. Improper treatment will not only pollute the environment, violate the laws and regulations, but also damage the health of operators and affect the production efficiency. With the advantages of high filtration precision, strong adaptability and stable operation, the bag-type dust collector has become the preferred solution for dust control in the whole cement production process.

    In the cement grinding link, the particle size of cement grinding dust is small (0.1-5 μ m), the concentration is 100-250g/m³, and it is easy to adhere and harden; In the finished product packaging link, the finished product packaging (bagged and bulk) dust is easy to drift, the risk of unorganized emission is high, the temperature is moderate (40-80℃), and the requirements for filtration accuracy are extremely high.

    High-efficiency coated pulse bag dust collector shall be selected for cement grinding. PTFE coated polyester filter material shall be used as filter material with filtration air velocity of 0.8-1.0m/min to improve fine dust retention rate. High-frequency pulse jet blowing shall be adopted for ash removal to reduce ash removal energy consumption. Meanwhile, pneumatic arch breaking device of ash hopper shall be provided to prevent caking and blocking of dust.

    In the cement finished product packaging link, a closed gas collecting hood is installed above the packaging machine, matched with a small pulse bag dust collector, and the filter material is a lightweight membrane filter material for easy maintenance and replacement, so as to ensure that the dust does not escape during the packaging process, and the unorganized dust concentration in the workshop is ≤ 0.8mg/m3.
