Stainless steel bag cage

  The bag cage is the core supporting component of the bag dust collector. Stainless steel bag cages have good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, low temperature strength ，and are suitable for steel, coking, chemical industry, electric power, non-ferrous smelting, waste incineration and other fields. Ensure the long-term stable operation of the filter bag and improve dust removal efficiency.

Stainless steel bag cage product features:

1.Corrosion resistance

    Material: Made of 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel, suitable for corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents. A passivation film can be formed on the surface of stainless steel to effectively resist oxidation and chemical corrosion.

2.High temperature resistance

    The working temperature range of the stainless steel bag cage is -40-400°C, which is suitable for high-temperature flue gas treatment. It does not deform under high temperatures, ensuring the long-term reliability of the filter bag support structure.

3.High structural strength and light weight

    Using precision welding technology, the structure is stable, high strength, and lighter in weight than carbon steel bag cages of the same material.

4.Smooth surface

    The surface is polished or electrolytically treated to reduce filter bag wear and dust accumulation.
