2.Characteristics of Flumes needle felt bags
(1) Flumece dust bag is a filter material specially designed for high temperature, high humidity and corrosive industrial environments. It is composed of glass fiber, P84 fiber and other high temperature resistant materials. It enhances the fiber winding strength to increase the density of the felt layer.
(2) Flumes needle felt can withstand continuous operating temperatures of 200-260°C, with a short-term peak temperature of 300°C. It is suitable for high-temperature working conditions such as cement production and waste incineration.
(3) Surface treatment technology makes it water-repellent, oil-proof, anti-static, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. It is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical industry and electric power.
