Plastic spray bag cage

  The plastic spray bag cage is sprayed with a layer of plastic powder on the surface of the dust removal frame. After solidification at high temperature, a uniform plastic coating is formed. Although the price is higher than that of ordinary frames, in addition to the advantages of galvanized frames, spray-coated bag cages have excellent coating quality, strong adhesion and mechanical strength, and can also be resistant to erosion and wear without damaging the filter bags. The spray bag cage is a type of dust removal frame that is currently used in large quantities and is mostly used in coal-fired power plants, steel metallurgy, waste incineration and other industries.

Comparison between spray-molded skeleton and traditional skeleton technology:

    1.Excellent corrosion resistance. The plastic spray coating can effectively isolate the skeleton base from contact with corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and water vapor in the flue gas, preventing the skeleton from rusting, thus greatly extending its service life under harsh working conditions.

   2..Excellent wear resistance. The plastic powder coating itself has good toughness and smoothness. Compared with the bare metal surface, it can reduce the friction between the filter bag and the frame during dust cleaning (such as pulse injection), reducing the risk of wear and damage of the filter bag.
