Multi-tube cyclone dust collector

    1.Core features

    It is composed of multiple cyclones with a diameter of 100-250mm in parallel. It is divided into two types: return type and direct current type. It is made of wear-resistant cast iron or ceramics and has no moving parts.

    2.Separation performance

    It can effectively capture 5-10μm dust, with a dust removal efficiency of 95%-98%, a large air volume (a single unit can reach more than 22,000m³/h), and a resistance of only about 1,000Pa.

    3.Adapt to the scene

    It is also suitable for use in high dust concentration (≤100g/m³) working conditions such as industrial boiler flue gas dust removal, large-scale mining dust control in mines, and chemical powder processing. It is also suitable for natural gas pipeline transmission systems and compressor air inlet purification.
