Single tube cyclone dust collector

    1.Core features

    The single-tube cyclone dust collector is composed of a single cylinder and a conical cylinder. The air inlet is tangentially designed. The rotation of the air flow generates centrifugal force to separate dust. The structure is extremely simple and the cost is low.

    2.Separation performance

    Single-tube cyclone dust removal mainly captures coarse particle dust above 10 μm, with a dust removal efficiency of 80%-90% and medium resistance (800-1500Pa).

    3.Adapt to the scene

    It is suitable for primary dust removal or pretreatment of small and medium-sized dust-producing equipment, such as sawing dust in woodworking workshops, sand and gravel crushing dust in building materials factories, and coarse dust removal of small boiler flue gases. It can also be used as pretreatment equipment for subsequent fine dust removal.
