2.Characteristics of PPS/PTFE blended needle felt bags
(1)PPS material can withstand a continuous operating temperature of 170°C, can withstand higher temperatures in the short term, and is suitable for high-temperature flue gas environments.
(2)It has good hydrolysis resistance and excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It can be used even if the fuel flue gas contains sulfur or sulfur oxides.
(3)PPS filter material has complete strength maintenance and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments. It is the first choice filter material for coal-fired boilers, municipal waste incineration and power plant dust treatment. It can also be used for dust purification in alumina plants.
