Galvanized bag cage

    Galvanized bag cage is a commonly used bag cage for bag dust collector. It is a dust-removing frame that is welded and formed and then treated with galvanizing. The galvanized bag cage is fully galvanized in one molding. The surface is smooth and straight. It does not produce burrs and protects the filter bag from damage. It is evenly welded and has a reasonable structure.

1.Good corrosion resistance and anti-rust performance

  Galvanized steel wire mesh has been galvanized to resist harsh environments, delay rust, and extend service life. Experimental data shows that the service life of galvanized bag cages in flue gas containing SO₂ concentration 800mg/m³ is more than 3 years longer than that of ordinary carbon steel.

2.High mechanical strength

  The support frame is welded with high-quality steel and has sufficient strength and stability. Able to withstand greater pressure and vibration. The bag cage made of cold-drawn steel wire has a tensile strength of more than 500MPa and can withstand the pulse injection pressure of 6-8kPa in the dust removal system.

3.Easy to install and maintain

  The galvanized bag cage has a compact structure, easy installation and simple maintenance, which reduces the user's operating costs.
