2.Characteristics of polyester needle felt filter bags
(1) High filtration efficiency: The initial filtration efficiency can reach 99%. After the initial layer of dust is formed, the efficiency stabilizes at more than 99.9%. It is especially suitable for the collection of fine dust (such as PM2.5).
(2) Good temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The filter bag can operate continuously at 120°C and remains stable in weak acid and alkali environments.
(3) High porosity: The porosity can reach 70%-80%, ensuring smooth passage of air while reducing pressure loss and energy consumption.
