2.Characteristics of anti-static polyester needle felt filter bags
(1) Using stainless steel conductive fiber or copper-infiltrated complex conductive yarn, the charge conduction speed is ≤0.1 seconds (ordinary cloth bags require more than 300 seconds). Under the conditions of dust concentration 20g/m³ and wind speed 1.2m/s, the surface voltage is stable.
(2) The porosity reaches more than 70%, the initial filtration efficiency for 1 μm particles is ≥99%, and the efficiency can reach 99.9% after forming the first layer of dust. In many working conditions, the emission concentration is stable at 8-12mg/m³, which is better than ordinary cloth bags.
