In biomass boiler flue gas treatment, bag dust collectors are generally used in series with cyclone dust collectors. Bag dust collectors are widely used in biomass boiler flue gas treatment due to their high efficiency, environmental protection, and easy maintenance.

1.High dust removal efficiency.

    The bag dust collector can capture dust particles above 0.1 μm through the filtering effect of the filter bag. The dust removal efficiency is as high as more than 99%, or even 99.9%, effectively reducing the solid particulate matter content in the flue gas of the biomass boiler.

2.Filter bag material‌.

    The bag dust collector used for biomass boiler flue gas needs to use high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength filter materials, such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) + PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) composite high-temperature filter material to adapt to the high temperature and corrosive environment of biomass boiler flue gas.

3.Automated control.

    The bag dust collector adopts a PLC control system to monitor the operating parameters of the dust collector in real time, such as pressure difference, temperature, etc., and automatically adjust the dust cleaning process according to the set values.
