Woodworking special bag dust collector

    Woodworking bag-type dust collector can effectively remove dust and waste materials in the woodworking workshop. Generally, the shell of special bag dust collector for woodworking is made of stainless steel. The power fan has a strong suction, which can quickly suck fine dust and waste into the equipment and separate and collect them through the filtration system. The bag-type dust collector for woodworking has the following technical advantages:

    1.Due to the hydrophilic property of wood dust, the dust is easy to agglomerate after absorbing air moisture, and the ash hopper will cause clogging. The ash hopper of special bag dust collector for woodworking is designed with vibrator for auxiliary ash removal to reduce manual auxiliary ash removal.

    2.In view of the characteristics of high wood dust concentration, we adopt gradual airflow channel design for the dust collector to ensure uniform airflow distribution. The airflow shall be optimized to avoid high-speed scouring and abrasion of partial areas inside the dust collector.

    3.In order to facilitate the maintenance and observation of the dust remover, we have designed an access door at the lower part of the dust hopper of the dust remover to facilitate the observation and cleaning of dust settlement in the pipeline.

    4.Soft connection shall be set at the outlet of the dust collector and the inlet of the fan to eliminate vibration caused by high-speed operation of the fan.
