The role of bag filters in the field of rare metal smelting

In the field of rare metal smelting, a closed-loop recycling system can be established using bag filters.

    (1) Precious metal recycling

In the smelting flue gas of copper, lead, and zinc, valuable metals such as zinc oxide and lead sulfate are separated through a graded dust removal design, achieving a recovery rate of over 95%.

    (2) Fluoride control in aluminum electrolysis

The bag filter utilizes corrosion-resistant glass fiber filter material to treat the flue gas from aluminum electrolytic cells, achieving a fluoride emission concentration of ≤1mg/m³, while simultaneously recovering electrolytes such as cryolite.

   (3) Liquid-solid separation enhancement

In the hydrometallurgical processing of rare metals, the solid content in the slurry is reduced from 15% to 0.5% through a ceramic filter bag dust collector, significantly enhancing the efficiency of subsequent processes.
