Mobile welding fume purifier is used for fume and dust generated during welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes. It is suitable for workplaces that generate smoke such as arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging welding, gas fusion cutting, and special welding.

2.Composition of mobile welding fume purifier

The main components include: universal vacuum arm, vacuum hose, vacuum hood (with air volume control valve), fire-blocking net, high-efficiency filter element, pulse backflush device, pulse solenoid valve, clean room, dust drawer combination, sound-absorbing cotton, casters with brakes, Siemens motor and electric control box, etc. The equipment is divided into two series: single-arm welding smoke purifier and double-arm welding smoke purifier.

3.Characteristics of mobile welding fume purifier

  (1) It is equipped with a special turbine and Siemens brand motor, and adopts an anti-overload circuit to prevent the motor from burning out. It has high safety and stable working performance.

  (2) Pulse backflushing automatic dust cleaning: The filter element adopts all-round automatic rotation backflushing and dust cleaning, which makes the dust cleaning on the surface of the filter element more thorough and cleaner.

  (3) The filter cartridge uses PTFE polyester-coated filter paper, which has a long service life and can absorb dust particles below 0.3 μm.

  (4) The equipment has a 360-degree universal suction arm, which greatly improves the collection rate of smoke and dust and ensures the health of workers.

  (5) The equipment is equipped with universal casters for easy movement and positioning.
