Cyclone dust collector

    Cyclone dust collectors are widely used in dust control in raw material crushing, drying, grinding and other processes in cement plants and steel plants. In the raw material crushing area, the dust-containing gas discharged from the crusher first enters the cyclone dust collector. After treatment, a large amount of large particles of dust are effectively separated and collected, which greatly reduces the load of subsequent processing equipment; in the raw material grinding process, it also plays an important role in ensuring that the dust generated during the production process is treated in a timely manner to avoid diffusion.

    The air volume range of cyclone dust collector equipment is 1000-50000m³/h, which can be adapted to production lines of different sizes. Actual measurement data shows that its dust removal rate reaches 96%, the dust concentration at the outlet is controlled within 30g/Nm³, and the resistance loss is only 800Pa, which is significantly lower than traditional dust removal equipment. It is usually used in series with a bag or cartridge dust collector to achieve stricter emission standards.
