Dust removal principle of cartridge dust collector

The dust-containing gas enters the filter cartridge dust collector box through the air inlet, and the fine dust particles are blocked on the outer wall of the filter cartridge due to the various effects of the filter cartridge. The purified gas is discharged through the filter cartridge and through the air outlet of the box. As the use time increases, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually increases, the air permeability of the filter cartridge weakens, and the resistance of the dust collector continues to increase. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within a limited range, the pulse controller sends a signal to sequentially open the pulse solenoid valve, so that the compressed air in the air tank is sprayed from each nozzle of the blow pipe to the corresponding filter cartridge, causing instantaneous expansion of the gas in the filter cartridge, causing the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag to shake off and enter the ash hopper to realize automatic dust cleaning.
